Summary

The Larva is the small companion of the Sandworm. It cannot be purchased like regular units and can only be deployed on the battlefield through the technologies of the Sandworm (Replicate or Mechanical Division).

If the Sandworm has the Mechanical Division technology and is destroyed, it spawns 4 Larvas. Additionally, when the Sandworm has the Replicate ability and emerges from the ground, a new Larva is also created.
